1. Who these terms are with

This site is operated by SV Marketing. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What the site is

Enjoy Asia Today publishes independent travel guides for East and Southeast Asia. It is editorial information, offered free of charge. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform, and we take no part in any contract you enter into with a third party.

3. Accuracy and no warranty

We research carefully, show our sources and record review dates. Even so, prices, opening hours, visa rules, transport and safety conditions change constantly, and content may be out of date by the time you read it. The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on — in particular entry requirements, health advice and insurance — with the relevant official authority before you travel.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including travel costs, missed connections or refused entry. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your non-waivable rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

5. Commercial links and affiliate relationships

Some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Commission never changes what we recommend, and it costs you nothing extra. Affiliate links are disclosed where they appear. Once you follow one you are dealing with that partner — for example Booking.com or Skyscanner — under their terms and their privacy policy, and any booking, payment, cancellation or refund is between you and them.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not scrape or bulk-copy the content for republication, including to train or populate a commercial dataset, without our written permission.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or in breach of a third party's rights.

7. Intellectual property

Text, structure, layout and design are owned by SV Marketing or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Republication, resale or substantial reproduction requires written permission. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence or the licence granted by its individual creator; those images remain their creators' work.

8. Third-party links

We link out to operators, official sources and partners. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy, which form part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms as the site develops. The version published here, with the date above, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in them deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer or data-protection law in your country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction.
