Labuan Bajo is a harbour with a town attached, and almost every decision here is about which boat. Fast day trips reach Padar, Komodo and a snorkelling stop and return by evening; overnight boats trade comfort for quieter hours and far more time on the water.
Price differences are almost never about the deck photos. Ask which park fees are included, whether a ranger or guide is covered, what the cabin actually is, and how meals and transfers work. Then leave a buffer day before your onward flight, because the sea decides the schedule.
